ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Remember 2016?
- Snapchat streaks were sacred.
- Pokémon Go had people roaming cities at midnight.
- Vine dropped six seconds of timeless internet gold on the weekly.
- Pink skies, LA sunsets, and neon everything were peak aesthetic.
We’re bringing that energy back with Hack Like W@CC 2026!
Our theme, “Back to 2016,” celebrates moments in tech and pop culture that felt creative, chaotic, and full of possibility.
Your challenge is to build something that captures the spirit of 2016 while solving problems that matter today. Whether it’s a nostalgic twist on a classic idea or a modern solution inspired by that era, we want to see bold, creative, and impactful hacks.
